SFS was designed to easly replace the Theme's Footer and allow its users to create inifnite and awesome footer blocks.
But it is necessary to say that if you don't hide the Theme's footer through the appropriate option you can combine it with the one created in SFS. It will always go under the Theme's footer.
With Smart Footer System you can quickly decide whether to show your footer on various devices such as the Desktop, Tablet or Mobile. Go to the Footer Settings that are located at the bottom of the footer page, under the Tab Display you can activate the switches that will allow you to hide the footer according to your needs.
If you have chosen the Banner Mode you may need to change the height of the banner so it's not too invasive. It's very easy, just access the Footer Type panel that you will find at the bottom of the footer page, under the Settings tab, you can define the vertical padding that will increase or decrease the height of your banner.
If you want to create a more personalized graphic style, you may want to use a border around the footer content. If this is the case, you can go to the Footer Settings under the tab Border and define its size and color as well as its style.
Although you can use Page Builder to set Footer content padding, you can do this directly from the footer control panel through the SFS Padding tab.
There are so many options in the Smart Footer System that when creating many footers becomes frustrating because you have to repeat all the settings, you can easily duplicate your footer both in the footer list as in the following image.
Or from the single footer page, through the button located at the bottom of the page.
To understand SFS in a faster way and footer creation we have made it possible to import all demos on the site in one click. Imported demos will bring the content of the footer and all its settings. The content of the demo is currently only available for Visual Composer but you can still use demos with other Page Builders, simply by deleting the content and creating it with your favorite Page Builder.
Banner mode is one of our favorites, if it is yours, we want to advise you on the techniques to be able to take advantage of it. In fact, Banner Mode is the only one at the moment in which you can decide how to show the handle banner differently for Mobile and Desktop. Many users may not see that there are side tabs from which you can manage your display from Mobile and Desktop, if you just set up your desktop, on Mobile View you will not see anything. So be careful to handle this powerful tool. You have the ability to copy desktop settings in seconds on the Mobile with the "Copy to Mobile" button on the top right. If you have any doubt, please feel free to contact us.
If you like Banner Mode but you think that it's too invasive for your site, you can use the Auto Show, Auto Hide and Show on end scroll options, which you'll find in the dedicate panel, so you'll have full control over your Banner.
If you activate this option you can define how many seconds from the page opening you want the handle to be displayed.
If you activate this option you can define how many seconds from the page opening you want the handle to be hidden.
Show on end scroll
If you enable this option, the footer handle will only be shown when the user reaches the bottom of the page.
